General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through Soréa Elegance In Every Bite. By purchasing from our website, you
agree to these Terms. All our products are handmade to order in Point Cook, Victoria, and are subject to availability.
Orders & Lead Times
- Standard orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice (For Tea Cakes & Cookies).
- Standard orders require a minimum of of 5 business days’ notice (For Desserts).
- Bulk, corporate, or event orders require at least 7 business days’ notice.
- During busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, and public holidays), we kindly ask for additional notice due to high demand.
- We will confirm all orders via email and provide an estimated delivery date and time.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be delivered within 72 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via Stripe (secure online payment).
- Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received.
Delivery
We currently offer free delivery only within 10 km radius of Point Cook (3030), Victoria, for all orders above $100.

Delivery Fees Beyond 10km:
Outside the free 10km zone: $10
Our delivery system automatically calculates your fee based on the delivery address entered at checkout.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All Soréa products are handmade to order and perishable.
Therefore:
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order is confirmed.
- We do not accept refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
- We take great care to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
- Ingredients and allergen information are clearly listed on our website for each item. Please review them carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will assess the issue
in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Product Care
- Our products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are best enjoyed on the day of delivery.
- Please follow any care instructions provided with your order to ensure freshness and quality.
Holidays & Seasonal Availability
- Certain flavours or items may only be available seasonally.
- During holiday periods, production and delivery times may vary.
- We will communicate any delays or closures via email and on our website.
