Ingredients: Egg Yolks, Butter, Plain Flour, Icing Sugar, Baking Powder, Lemon Zest, Vanilla Extract, Dark Chocolates 70%, Milk Chocolate 42%, Caramel Chocolate 30%, White Chocolate 30%, Strawberry Chocolate 30%.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at cool room temperature (up to 20–22°C). Best enjoyed within 3-5 days of purchase. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and refrigeration (which can soften the shortbread and dull the flavour).
