Ingredients: Full Fat Milk, Butter, Egg Yolks, Plain Flour, Sugar, Vanilla Bean, Salt.

Storage: Best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 days. To revive the texture, warm briefly in the oven at 180°C for 5–8 minutes before serving. Avoid refrigeration, as it softens the crust.
