Each collection includes:

• 2 Raspberry Madeleines
Delicate raspberry-filled madeleines finished with a ruby chocolate shell.

• 2 Refined Apple Tea Cakes
A buttery orange-scented tea cake layered with tender apple slices, lightly spiced with cinnamon and finished with a delicate apricot nappage.

• 2 Lime & Blueberry Friands
Moist almond friands infused with fresh lime zest and finished with a blueberry confit droplet.

• 2 Chocolate Cakes with Cherry Gel & Vanilla Chantilly
Rich chocolate cakes layered with vibrant cherry gel and finished with silky vanilla chantilly.

• 2 Spiced Date Tea Cakes
Fragrant tea cakes enriched with dates and warm spices, glazed to a delicate shine and finished with a date garnish.

Presented as a limited-edition seasonal collection, each dessert has been carefully handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and Soréa’s signature attention to detail.

Ingredients: Eggs, Milk, Butter, Cream, Mascarpone Cheese, Sugar, Inverted Sugar, Icing Sugar, Honey, Plain Flour, Almond Flour, Corn Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Salt, Raspberry Puree, Apricot Puree, Cherry Puree, Blueberry Puree, Blueberries, Cashew Paste, Callebaut Ruby Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Lemon Juice, Pectin NH, Orange Zest, Lime Zest, Cinnamon Powder, Date Paste, Fresh Dates, Fresh Apple, Ginger Powder, Glucose Syrup, Citric Acid, Gelatine Powder, Vanilla Paste.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C upon delivery. For the best flavour and texture, remove the collection from the refrigerator approximately 20–30 minutes before serving. Enjoy within 3 days of delivery. Not suitable for freezing.

*Crafted in a kitchen that also prepares items containing nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. While care is taken to avoid cross-contact, traces may be present.

  • Standard orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be delivered within 72 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed
