Delara is our modern interpretation of the beloved Persian Love Cake, reimagined in a sculpted heart form and finished with quiet luxury. A delicately spiced almond cake, softly perfumed with rose and cardamom, is soaked in fragrant rosewater syrup, creating a texture that is tender, moist, and beautifully balanced. Each piece is crowned with finely ground pistachio and hand-selected dried rose petals, adding a touch of colour, aroma, and timeless elegance.

Storage: Delara is best enjoyed when its delicate rose and spice notes are at their most fragrant and its texture at its softest. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days. Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving to release its floral aromas and restore its tender crumb.
