Ingredients: Eggs, Butter, Plain Flour, Hazelnut Flour, Sugar, Salt, Lemon Zest, Vanilla Paste, Lemon Juice, Strawberry Puree, Gelatine.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at cool room temperature (up to 20–22°C). Best enjoyed within 3-5 days of purchase. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and refrigeration (which can soften the shortbread and dull the flavour).
